SAN FRANCISCO, CA (November 3, 2025) – Saturday morning, 8 people were injured in an alarming multi-vehicle crash on Bay Bridge near Treasure Island.

The incident happened just before 4:00 a.m. on the eastbound lanes of the Bay Bridge on the eastern span east of Treasure Island.

Authorities said at least eight people were injured in the crash, including one with life-threatening injuries.

According to the San Francisco Fire Department, one person was taken to Highland Hospital with severe injuries, while four others were transported with less serious injuries. Three additional people declined medical transport.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
