Family Holds Vigil for Aaron Gallegos, Killed in Arvada Hit-and-Run

Arvada, CO (November 12, 2025) — On Thursday morning, 24-year-old Aaron Gallegos of Denver, was killed in a hit-and-run crash near Sheridan Boulevard.

According to authorities, the fatal crash happened at the intersection with West 68th Avenue.

Reports say that Gallegos was struck by a vehicle near Sheridan Boulevard. The driver fled the scene, and a passerby tried to help Gallegos, but he did not survive.

Arvada police are actively investigating the incident.
