Aaron Graham Killed in Horrific Hit-and-Run on Highway 138 [Phelan, CA]

Phelan, CA (June 10, 2025) – 37-year-old Aaron Graham of Palmdale was killed after a horrific hit-and-run on Highway 138.

According to authorities, the shocking incident happened around 10:05 p.m. on eastbound Highway 138, just east of Gramercy Road.

Reports say that the Palmdale man died Saturday from injuries sustained in a possible hit-and-run collision last Thursday in Phelan.

Authorities say that Graham’s BMW X7 SUV crashed into the rear of a Freightliner tractor-trailer.

Paramedics transported Graham to Arrowhead Regional Hospital Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The big rig driver fled the scene but authorities located the truck and its occupants a short time later on Hess Road. The truck’s occupants were unhurt.

No arrests occurred at the scene, and authorities continue to investigate the incident, including a potential hit-and-run charge. Officials do not suspect intoxicated driving played a role.
