OPD Searches for Suspect Driver in Oceanside Deadly Hit-and-Run Crash
Oceanside, CA (April 28, 2026) – Aaron Lee Keith, 24, was declared dead at the scene following a hit-and-run crash on Highway 76 before Sunday noon.
The victim was found dead before 11 a.m. near Singh Way.
Investigators determined Keith was fatally struck by a vehicle that fled the scene sometime between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Moreover, authorities said there is no available description of a suspect or the involved vehicle.
The Oceanside Police Department Traffic Unit is currently investigating and asks anyone who may have witnessed the fatal crash to call Investigator Ibrahim Serdah at 760-435-4769.
