According to authorities, the shocking incident happened just before 2 a.m. at the intersection of Tonto and Broken Arrow.

Police responded to a 911 call and found the pedestrian, identified as Hernandez, dead at the scene.

Authorities arrested 27-year-old Oliver Eve of Austin on suspicion of Intoxication Manslaughter with a Vehicle, a second-degree felony. He was booked into the Llano County Jail.
