Pedestrian Accident on Missouri Highway 25 Injures Woman [Stoddard County, MO]

Stoddard County, MO (June 21, 2025) — A 38-year-old Rolla woman suffered serious injuries after a pedestrian accident on Missouri Highway 25, where a pickup truck struck her on Friday afternoon.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 19-year-old man from East Prairie was driving southbound on MO 25, about two miles north of Advance, shortly after 4 p.m., when his pickup truck traveled off the right side of the roadway and hit the pedestrian.

The woman, a resident of Rolla, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to a hospital in St. Louis for treatment.

The driver was not injured in the crash. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
