Fontana, CA (May 28, 2024) – Adrian Balanzar Silva, 46, of Rialto, was killed following an Interstate 10 collision Friday night.

It was about 7:20 a.m. when the fatal crash happened on the westbound freeway, west of Sierra Avenue.

Responding medical crew rushed Adrian Balanzar Silva to Kaiser Hospital in Fontana wherein he was declared deceased at 7:58 a.m.
