Bryan, TX (May 16, 2026) – A 12-year-old was flown to a hospital following a rear-end crash on Thurman Road on Friday.

Officers stated that a gray vehicle rear-ended a pickup truck that was stopped and about to turn to Thurman Road.

According to DPS, the driver of a gray vehicle hit the back of a pickup truck that was stopped to make a turn onto Thurman Road.

Immediately, the medical team responded to the scene and treated the two occupants in the pickup truck, while four people in the other vehicle were transported.

Police said the driver of the pickup left the scene due to safety concerns, but communicated with law enforcement.
