2 People Hurt in Valley Mills Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 6 near FM 185

VALLEY MILLS, TX (January 21, 2026) – Tuesday morning, an alarming 3-vehicle crash on Highway 6 near FM 185 injured two people.

The incident happened at around 6:50 a.m. on Highway 6 near FM 185.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a Valley Mills Patrol Unit rear-ended a Ford Expedition for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed the Ford to collide with a Chevrolet Silverado.

Moreover, responders transported the driver of the Ford and one of its passengers to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the DPS continued investigating the crash.
