Injuries Reported in Dallas Auto Accident on 4600 Maple Avenue

DALLAS, TX (February 10, 2025) – Saturday night, an alarming ambulance crash on 4600 Maple Avenue injured 3 people.

The incident happened just before 10:00 p.m. in the 4600 block of Maple Avenue.

Officers confirmed that the crash involved a Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance and a car after the car’s driver ran a stop sign.

Dallas police said the investigation showed that a Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance was responding to an emergency call while traveling southbound on 4600 Maple Avenue with its lights and sirens on.

According to Dallas Fire Rescue, the driver of a car ran a stop sign while turning left onto 4600 Maple Avenue from 2400 Hawthorne Avenue, causing the ambulance to collide with the vehicle.

Both paramedics sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital. The driver of the car was transported in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
