Injuries Reported in San Antonio Traffic Crash on 4100 Interstate 10 West

SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 18, 2025) – Saturday night, an alarming auto accident on 4100 Interstate 10 West injured a woman.

The incident occurred just after 6:30 p.m. in the 4100 block of Interstate 10 West northbound, near Pasadena Street and Santa Ana Street.

San Antonio police say a woman was critically injured in a crash Sunday after losing control of her Chevrolet Impala.
According to a preliminary report, witnesses told officers the Impala struck a concrete barrier and then collided with a Toyota Corolla. Both vehicles were disabled, causing traffic to back up on the highway.

First responders treated the occupants of the Corolla for minor injuries at the scene. The Impala driver was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
