PHOENIX, AZ (December 8, 2025) – Sunday morning, authorities cited Bryan Ramos after an alarming DUI crash near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road.

The incident happened near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road.

According to the Phoenix Police, a vehicle and a Phoenix Police patrol car collided in the area.

Moreover, responders transported the driver of the vehicle, identified as 23-year-old Bryan Ramos, as a precaution. Also, paramedics transported officers to a hospital with unknown injuries.
