1 Person Arrested in San Antonio Auto Accident on 6200 Interstate 10 W

SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 26, 2025) – Saturday night, an alarming DWI crash on 6200 Interstate 10 W injured one person.

The incident happened at around 7:15 p.m. on 6200 Interstate 10 W.

According to the San Antonio Police, a blue Chrysler Town and Country van veered to the right and sideswiped a blue Ford Ranger. Then, the force of the crash pushed the Ford into a concrete embankment where it rolled down into the ditch.

Moreover, responders transported the 43-year-old male driver of the Ford to a hospital with minor injuries.

Furthermore, officers said that the driver of the Chrysler fled the crash scene but was convinced by a witness to go back to the scene. Officers arrested the driver of the Chrysler for DWI and collision involving injury.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
