ROHNERT PARK, CA (May 31, 2026) – Friday night, an alarming hit-and-run crash near Bodway Parkway and Waterside Lane injured two people.

The incident happened at around 9:24 p.m. near Bodway Parkway and Waterside Lane.

According to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety, a vehicle struck a scooter with two people on it. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders transported the two juvenile victims, including a patient with severe injuries, to a hospital for treatment.

Furthermore, officers said that the hit-and-run vehicle is best described as a silver 2004-2009 Dodge Durango SUV.
