1 Person Hurt in El Paso Motorcycle Accident near Peidras Street and Tularosa Avenue

EL PASO, TX (April 20, 2025) – Saturday morning, an alarming hit-and-run crash near Peidras Street and Tularosa Avenue injured one person.

The incident happened around 2:00 a.m. near the 900 block of Peidras Street and Tularosa Avenue.

According to the El Paso Police, a northbound dark-colored Chevrolet without headlights struck a southbound 2017 red TaoTao scooter that was making a left turn onto Tularosa Avenue. Then, the Chevrolet fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders rushed the 32-year-old male motorcyclist to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Furthermore, authorities said the hit-and-run vehicle is best described as a dark-colored, four-door Chevrolet, similar to a Malibu or Impala.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
