SACRAMENTO, CA (September 16, 2026) – On Monday morning, an alarming hit-and-run crash on 65th Expressway and Faro Drive injured one person.

The incident happened at around 11:30 a.m. on 65th Expressway and Faro Drive.

According to reports, two vehicles collided in the area for still unknown reasons. Then, one of the drivers involved in the crash fled the scene on foot without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the other driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.

Furthermore, the incident closed southbound 65th Expressway but has long since reopened.
