SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 8, 2026) – Friday afternoon, an alarming hit-and-run crash on US Highway 90 and General McMullen Drive injured one person.

The incident happened at around 2:39 p.m. on US Highway 90 and General McMullen Drive.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a Kenworth tractor travelling in the wrong direction collided head-on with a Chevrolet Silverado. Then, the tractor driver fled the scene on foot without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders transported the driver of the Silverado to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
