Man Injured in Alarming Motorcycle Crash on Marigold Street

Injuries Reported in Apple Valley Motorcycle Accident on Marigold Street and Apple Valley Road

APPLE VALLEY, CA (September 16, 2026) – Monday afternoon, a 69-year-old man sustained injuries in an alarming motorcycle crash on Marigold Street.

The incident happened at around 4:56 p.m. on Marigold Street and Apple Valley Road.

Deputies and Apple Valley Fire Protection District personnel responded to the crash. Investigators determined that a 22-year-old Adelanto man was driving a 2006 Ford F-150 with a Carson trailer southbound on Apple Valley Road when he turned left onto Marigold Street.

A northbound 2019 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was approaching the intersection when the pickup turned in front of it, resulting in a collision.

The motorcyclist suffered major injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
