HAYWARD, CA (December 9, 2025) – Sunday afternoon, authorities reported injuries in an alarming multi-vehicle crash on Dumbarton Bridge.

The incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. on Dumbarton Bridge.

According to reports, the crash involved four vehicles, including a vintage Packard that erupted into flames after the incident.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the incident.

Furthermore, the crash closed the second and third lanes of the eastbound side of the bridge.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
