LOS ANGELES, CA (September 27, 2026) – Saturday morning, a person was injured in an alarming multi-vehicle crash on Santa Ana Freeway and Alameda Street.

The incident happened just after 5:00 a.m. on the northbound Santa Ana Freeway, just north of Alameda Street.

As a result, one person was sent to the hospital.

The California Highway Patrol closed the No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 lanes following the crash and issued a SigAlert at 5:10 a.m.
