HARLINGEN, TX (September 3, 2026) – Monday morning, an alarming pedestrian crash on State Highway 4 and Medford Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 6:20 a.m. on State Highway 4 and Medford Road.

According to reports, a Honda Accord struck a male pedestrian who was crossing the roadway.

Moreover, responders transported the pedestrian to a hospital with unknown injuries.
