2 People Hurt in Columbia Auto Accident on Trimble Road and Brickton Road

COLUMBIA, MO (March 17, 2026) – On Wednesday, an alarming police chase crash on Trimble Road and Brickton Road injured two people.

The incident started near the intersection of Range Line Street and Interstate 70 when officers attempted to stop a vehicle for felony driving without a license, a stop sign violation, and suspicion of drug activity.

Moreover, officers said that the vehicle fled the scene and was involved in a crash involving a Ford F-150 on Trimble Road and Brickton Road.

Furthermore, authorities confirmed that the suspect attempted to flee on foot and steal another vehicle, but was arrested. Then, paramedics transported the suspect and a passenger to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
