El Paso, TX (August 16, 2026) – 72-year-old Alberto Gonzalez Juarez was killed in an I-10 E collision Friday morning.

The fatal crash happened before 5 a.m. at Loop 375 N.

Troopers said a 2026 Black GMC Sierra pickup truck driven the wrong way crashed into a red 2007 Toyota Yaris driven by Juarez.

Rescuers rushed to the scene and transported Juarez to the hospital, but he died.
