Alejandra Rubio Dies in Multi-Car Crash on 10 Freeway [Claremont, CA]

Claremont, CA (November 9, 2025) — Authorities identified 27-year-old Alejandra Rubio as the woman who died in a collision early Saturday morning on the westbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway near the Indian Hill Boulevard exit.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 3:16 a.m. and involved a pickup truck and a Toyota.

Responding officers found Rubio trapped inside one of the vehicles. Despite efforts by the Los Angeles County Fire Department, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

The CHP temporarily closed four lanes of the freeway and the nearby exit for several hours while investigating the fatal crash.
