Alexis Norman of Lebanon Dies in Horrific Traffic Crash on Glenstone Avenue [Springfield, MO]

Springfield, MO (March 30, 2025) – 22-year-old Alexis Norman of Lebanon and 19-year-old Isaiah Sanchez of Springfield were killed in a horrific traffic crash on Glenstone Avenue.

According to Springfield police, the fatal crash happened early Saturday morning on Glenstone Avenue near East Delmar Street.

Reports say that the deadly crash claimed the lives of two people when a car lost control and crashed into a Subway restaurant sign.

Authorities identified the driver as Sanchez and the passenger as Norman. Norman died at the scene, while emergency responders transported Sanchez to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Police shut down the northbound lanes for several hours while investigating the crash. The cause remains under investigation, and authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Springfield Police Department or Crime Stoppers.

This crash marks Springfield’s sixth fatal motor vehicle accident of 2025, bringing the total number of deaths to seven.
