Alexis Rios Arrested in Pedestrian Crash on Hutchinson Drive [Greenfield, CA]

Greenfield, CA (December 12, 2025) — Greenfield police arrested a 22-year-old Alexis Rios on Monday after he allegedly struck two children who were walking to school near the 400 block of Hutchinson Drive.

Investigators said Rios hit two elementary-aged students and briefly stopped before leaving the scene without calling 911 or notifying any adults. One child suffered visible injuries, while the other reported no immediate injuries.
