Driver Amartavan Cordray Injured in Pierce Street 2-Vehicle Crash [Kirksville, MO]

Kirksville, MO (June 25, 2025) – Amartavan Cordray, 21, of Kirksville, was injured following a Pierce Street 2-vehicle crash before Tuesday noon.

The two vehicle crash happened just before 11:30 a.m. at the intersection with Halliburton Street.

According to the authorities, a white SUV driven by Lacey Mihalevich, 22, of Kirksville, was traveling west on Pierce Street and did not stop at the stop sign.

As a result, Mihalevich’s SUV collided with a gray SUV that was traveling south on Halliburton Street. Amartavan Cordray, was driving the gray SUV.

The impact of the collision caused Mihalevich’s vehicle overturn once and rest on its wheels.

Immediately, the rescuers rushed both drivers to Northeast Regional Medical Center. Both were moderately injured.

The authorities said Mihalevich will be cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
