REDDING, CA (March 25, 2021) – Wednesday last week, Amber Bartesch suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 299.
 
The incident occurred last March 17 on Highway 299, west of Trinity Dam Boulevard.
 
Meanwhile, the CHP revealed that 39-year-old Amber Bartesch of Weaverville drove a 2006 Jeep.
 
As she drove west on Highway 299, the Jeep veered across the double yellow lines into the opposite lane.
 
Then, it crashed with 56-year-old Carlos Morales driving an eastbound 2021 Toyota truck hauling a full-size camp trailer.
 
The impact left Bartesch with minor injuries and responders took her to Mercy Medical Center.
 
The authorities continue to investigate the collision.
