Andy Cenobio of Columbia Arrested in Old Highway 63 Collision [Columbia, MO]

Columbia, MO (April 13, 2026) – Andy Cenobio, 19, of Columbia, was arrested following an Old Highway 63 collision early Sunday morning.

It was before 3 a.m. on April 12 when the collision happened at the 2500 block area.

Troopers said Cenobio was driving a vehicle that struck three people.

Responders rushed to the scene and located one patient with life-threatening injuries, and two patients with non-life-threatening injuries.

Immediately, the victims were rushed to an area hospital.

Troopers later located Cenobio’s vehicle, during a traffic stop in Osage County.

Cenobio is facing charges on first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
