Mission Viejo, CA (June 26, 2025) – 32-year-old Anthony Balsamo of Mission Viejo was killed in a motorcycle collision on Trabuco Road Tuesday night.

The fatal traffic crash happened around 8:20 p.m. at Via Victoria.

Officers said 62-year-old Deborah Masako Webb, also of Mission Viejo, was driving a Ford Explorer that collided with the motorcycle driven by Balsamo.

The authorities booked Webb on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
