Los Angeles, CA (December 23, 2025) – Donovan Chapman, 25, lost his life following a 5 Freeway big rig crash Sunday morning.

The authorities received the crash report before 4 a.m. south of the Osborne Street, south of the Osborne Street offramp in Arieta.

Officers said a sedan and the big rig collided near 170 Freeway interchange.

Responding officers declared Chapman deceased at the crash scene.
