BOYLE HEIGHTS, CA (November 19, 2025) – Monday afternoon, a tragic big rig crash on 5 Freeway near Indiana Street killed one person.

The incident happened at around 12:50 p.m. on Santa Ana (5) Freeway, south of Indiana Street.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a car and a big rig collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced one person dead at the scene.
