RANDOLPH COUNTY, MO (November 17, 2025) – Friday night, a 7-year-old boy sustained injuries in. crippling auto accident on US 63.

The incident happened at about 5:15 p.m. on US 63 in Moberly.

A 16-year-old Moberly girl was driving a 2000 Ford Ranger when it went off the road, according to the report. She overcorrected, causing the truck to roll. It then hit a guardrail, and a 7-year-old boy riding as a passenger was ejected.

The boy was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries. The driver had moderate injuries.

Investigators noted that neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt.
