According to the Menifee Police Department, the crash happened shortly after 10 p.m. intersection of Daily and Scott roads.

Reports say that a rider, traveling east on Scott Road aboard a BMW motorcycle, struck a Toyota pickup that was making a left turn onto Daily Road.

Investigators believe the pickup driver, a 65-year-old Menifee resident, may not have seen the motorcycle approaching.
