DUNKLIN COUNTY, MO (June 23, 2026) – Friday night, a 63-year-old man died in a brutal 2-vehicle crash on US Highway 412 and Missouri Highway 164.

The incident happened on 9:39 p.m. on US Highway 412 and Missouri Highway 164.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, a 2004 Ford Explorer driven by a 54-year-old Paragould man pulled into the path of an eastbound 2022 Lincoln Nautilus driven by a 54-year-old Campbell woman at about 9:39 p.m.

The 54-year-old woman and the 54-year-old man sustained serious injuries in the collision.

A 63-year-old Campbell man was airlifted to Regional One Health, where he died at 1:30 a.m. The Paragould man was also airlifted to Regional One Health, while the Campbell woman was transported by ambulance to NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Authorities said the victim’s next of kin have been notified. Both vehicles were totaled in the crash, and all occupants were wearing safety restraints.
