2 Dead in McAllen Traffic Crash on N Bicentennial Drive near Nolana

McALLEN, TX (January 20, 2026) – Sunday morning, a brutal auto accident on N Bicentennial Drive near Nolana killed two people.

The incident happened at 2:21 a.m. at the 4600 block of N. Bicentennial Drive near Nolana, according to the McAllen Police Department.

Authorities identified the drivers as a 42-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

An 18-year-old woman who was a passenger in the woman’s car was critically injured and airlifted to a San Antonio hospital.

The victims’ names have not been released, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
