PHOENIX, AZ (August 31, 2026) – Friday night, Cole Chadwick was killed in a brutal high-speed crash near Cave Creek Road and Tatum Boulevard.

The incident happened at around 7:32 p.m. near Cave Creek Road and Tatum Boulevard.

According to reports, a westbound small Chevrolet pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with an Audi.

Moreover, responders rushed the driver of the Chevrolet, identified as 24-year-old Cole Chadwick, to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, officers said that the driver of the Audi was not suspected of impairment.
