SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 9, 2026) – Monday morning, an 87-year-old man died in a brutal pedestrian crash on 5200 Medical Drive near Babcock Road.

The incident happened in the 5200 block of Medical Drive, near Babcock Road.

A man was killed after being struck by a teenage driver in a parking lot, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

Police said the man had just left a routine follow-up appointment when he was hit. The teen was looking for a parking spot and did not see the man walking through the lot, SAPD said.

Meanwhile, the man was initially taken to a hospital in critical condition but was later pronounced dead.
