SANTA ANA, CA (June 3, 2026) – Tuesday morning, a person died in a brutal pedestrian crash on Bristol Street near McFadden Avenue.

The incident happened at around 4:15 a.m. on Bristol Street, between McFadden Avenue and Edinger Avenue, said a Santa Ana Police Department watch commander.

Authorities said a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.

Officials have not yet determined whether the victim died at the scene or after being transported to a hospital.

The pedestrian’s gender has not been released.
