ELK GROVE, CA (February 5, 2026) – Tuesday night, a brutal pedestrian crash on Bruceville Road near Boa Nova Drive killed one person.

The incident happened at around 9:37 p.m. on Bruceville Road near Boa Nova Drive.

According to the Elk Grove Police Department, a Dodge pickup truck struck a man who was fixing a flat tire.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim, identified as a 61-year-old man, to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
