1 Dead in San Bernardino Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 215 Freeway and Orange Show Road

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (September 8, 2023) – Late Thursday night, a brutal pedestrian crash on Interstate 215 Freeway and Orange Show Road killed 1 person.

The incident happened at around 8:44 p.m. on Interstate 215 Freeway, just north of Orange Show Road.

When the authorities arrived, they located the victim down on the end of the onramp.

Meanwhile, officers declared that the pedestrian whose gender, name, and age remained unknown, was declared at the scene.

Upon CHP’s arrival, they located an unresponsive pedestrian in the slow lane. Then, they declared the pedestrian dead at the scene.

Also, the vehicles that struck the pedestrian stopped on the freeway shoulder or near the scene and the drivers called 911. Also, both drivers stayed near the scene for questioning.

Moreover, the California Highway Patrol, San Bernardino Inland Office handles the crash investigation. Furthermore, they urged anyone with information regarding the crash to contact (909) 383-4247. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
