LONG BEACH, CA (November 11, 2025) – Monday night, a brutal pedestrian crash on Wardlow Road near Norwalk Boulevard killed one person.

The incident happened at around 9:05 p.m. on Wardlow Road near Norwalk Boulevard.

According to the Long Beach Police Department, an eastbound white Honda CR-V struck a male pedestrian who was crossing the roadway outside a marked crosswalk.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, officers do not believe that speed, distracted driving, or alcohol played a role in the crash.
