TUCSON, AZ (March 3, 2026) – On Sunday, Ashtyn Vandersloot and two other people were killed in a brutal street race crash on Valencia Road.

The incident happened on Valencia Road and Country Club Road.

According to the Tucson Police Department, the crash occurred while two vehicles were racing.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the driver of a black BMW 750, identified as 20-year-old Ashtyn Vandersloot, and his two passengers, 20-year-old Antonio Olalde and 18-year-old Grace Hobbs, all died in the crash.

Furthermore, paramedics transported a third passenger of the BMW to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
