3 Dead in Fort Bend County Auto Accident on Grand Parkway near FM 1464

FORT BEND COUNTY, TX (December 21, 2025) – Saturday morning, a brutal wrong-way crash on Grand Parkway near FM 1464 killed 3 people.

The incident occurred at about 2:00 a.m. on the Grand Parkway near FM 1464.

Officials said a preliminary investigation indicates a family of four from Harris County was traveling northbound when their vehicle was struck by a driver traveling southbound in the northbound lanes.

A woman and a young girl were pronounced dead at the scene. A man and a 3-year-old child were airlifted to a hospital, where the man later died from his injuries. The child remains hospitalized and is reported to be in stable condition.

The wrong-way driver was also injured and transported by air ambulance. Authorities have not released details about that driver’s condition.

The crash remains under investigation, and officials said charges against the wrong-way driver are pending.
