LOS ANGELES, CA (February 15, 2021) – Sunday morning, Cadiz Richmond was found dead on Interstate 15 and Fields Road.

At 6:08 a.m., the authorities received a report of a vehicle off the side of the road. This incident is on the southbound lanes of Interstate 15, south Fields Road, near Harvard.

When the emergency crews arrived, they found 32-year-old Cadiz Richmond of Los Angeles, dead at the scene.
