46-Year-Old Carlos Lozano Arrested in Suspected DUI Crash on I-90 [Seattle, WA]

Seattle, WA (October 22, 2025) — 46-year-old Carlos Lozano of Tacoma was arrested following a DUI crash on I-90 late Monday night.

According to the Washington State Patrol, it was before midnight when the collision happened near Edgar Martinez Drive in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood.

Troopers said Lozano was driving eastbound when his vehicle struck a barrier on the right shoulder.

Lozano’s passenger, a 55-year-old Edgewood man, sustained injuries and was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment. His condition remains unknown. Lozano was not hurt and now faces DUI and vehicular assault charges.

The collision left the roadway blocked for more than three hours.
