Child Hospitalized After Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Broadway Avenue in Moses Lake
Moses Lake, WA (December 9, 2024) – A child and an adult sustained minor injuries in a crash on Broadway Avenue.
According to Moses Lake police, an individual—whose relationship to the child remains unknown—was pushing the child in a stroller at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and Cedar Street when the collision occurred.
The driver struck both the stroller-pusher and the child as they crossed Broadway Avenue.
Both pedestrians sustained minor injuries and were taken to Samaritan Hospital for treatment.
The driver reportedly told police they did not see the pair crossing the street. Moses Lake Police Captain Jeff Sursley confirmed that the driver will receive traffic citations related to the incident.
