Greenville, MO (April 9, 2026) – A 12-year-old suffered serious injuries after a Ford truck accident.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the incident happened around 10:45 a.m. on April 9. 

Troopers said a 60-year-old man was driving the Ford truck when the child was riding in the cargo area. 

As the truck backed out, the child fell from the vehicle and was run over.

Emergency responders airlifted the 12-year-old to a hospital in St. Louis for treatment of serious injuries.
