Children Injured in Suspected DUI Crash on Cupples Road [San Antonio, TX]

San Antonio, TX (April 23, 2026) – Children were injured following a suspected DUI crash on Cupples Road Saturday afternoon.

It was around 3 p.m. when the collision happened at the 400 block area.

Witnesses said the car was traveling erratically north on Cupples Road from Highway 90 while swerving out of its lane. Witnesses mentioned that there were three young passengers, who were not buckled, at the back seat.

 The vehicle then struck a barrier and fence.

Moreover, rescuers reported that two children incurred bodily injuries, and a third sustained more serious injuries. 

Paramedics transported all the kids to an area hospital.

The authorities later arrested the woman in suspicion of DUI.
