Needles, CA (December 10, 2024) – Christopher Lua, a 21-year-old passenger from Palmdale was killed in an Interstate 40 traffic collision Wednesday afternoon.

The fatal collision happened around 1:03 p.m. on December 4 near mile marker 90.

CHP officers declared Lua deceased at the crash scene.
